Procedure Documentation & Report Writing

EndoSoft® specializes in procedure documentation and report writing software for endoscopy.

Endoscopy Procedure Documentation that Exceeds Standards

EndoSoft® has many customizable features to help you own the report writing process. Typical reports can be used and customized at the physician or facility level to save time with reporting. The report layout can be customized to suit your documentation needs. Using Argus®, physicians can dictate during the procedure which will be automatically parsed to complete the report.

Procedure Reporting Fields

EndoVault® allows for extensive or minimal documentation for endoscopy procedures. Documentation fields may include procedure performed, medications, extent of exam, procedure technique, findings, implants, procedure diagnosis, tissue submitted, limitations of exam, condition of patient, post-pain level, recommendations, complications, conscious sedation score and CPT® & ICD codes.

Quality of Care Indicators

Physicians can also document quality of care indicators for registry submissions like GIQuIC. Quality of care indicators include Polyps detected, polypectomy performed, polyps retrieved, polyp site tattooed, biopsy obtained, specimen collected, ulcer site tattooed, cecal intubation, completeness, retroflection, Boston bowel preparation scores and more. Quality metrics are automatically filled out based on image capture and labeling completion.

EndoVault® is 100% compliant with guidelines established by CMS, TJC, AGA, ASGE, and ACG for quality of care in endoscopy. Automatically extract data to submit quality measures for GIQuIC, AGA, MIPS/MACRA and CDC. EndoSoft® is part of the National Program Directive for Gastroenterology, AORN, AAAHC, ASPAN and SGNA.

Automated Procedure Documentation with Argus®

Adding Argus® AI-Driven procedure report writer into your workflow gives you time back in your day. Natural Language Processing (NLP) allows you to document procedure reports in real-time, during the procedure. Argus® records each quality metric throughout the procedure and documents them automatically into your report.

With Natural Language Processing (NLP), Argus® can transcribe procedure dictation. Argus® saves time by parsing and organizing information during GI procedures, including ERCPs, EUSs, EGDs, and colonoscopies. Using the voice-activation, Argus® labels each image with a description and location. Each aspect of the procedure (i.e., indications, findings, medications, diagnosis, recommendations, and more) are all documented during the procedure, using what you see and speak.

Argus® NLP gives you the freedom to document reports exactly as desired with details that cannot always be found in a dropdown menu. By using talk-to-text, any aspect of the report created in Argus® can be searched and reported upon.

Argus® is vendor-neutral computer-aided clinical decision support software that integrates with existing EHRs/ERWs, endoscopes, and processors without changing your workflow.
