Consult, Progress, & Procedure Notes
In Consult and Progress Notes, providers easily capture and update patient information, including cancer history, medical history, surgical and family history, as well as diagnosis, physical examination, active medications, allergies, and other relevant patient data. Templates are designed based on clinical specialty and can be customized to suit the needs of individual providers.

Consult Reports
With consult reports, physicians can easily create reports that keep track of the observations and plans for specific patients. Consult reports provide specialist overviews for general practitioners to allow for more informed treatment plans. Some fields that may be included in a consult report are chief complaint, past medical history, past surgical history, family history, social history, physical exam, previous hospitalizations, review of systems, recommendations and type of service.
Progress Notes
Progress notes are essential for ensuring continuity of care by allowing physicians to communicate, share treatment progress and make decisions on patient details. Using the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan) structure, physicians can quickly provide or gain information on a patient’s progress with the in-place treatment plan.
