Meet The Team At Endosoft

In January 2007, Rakesh K. Madan established EndoSoft LLC and has been its President and CEO ever since. With the assistance of his brother and co-founder, Manish K. Madan, MD, he created EndoSoft®, an endoscopy software application, in 1996. In 2017, Mr. Madan introduced the Argus® AI technology platform, which has been granted several US and international patents to tackle daily challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Additionally, Mr. Madan has been the CEO of Utech® Products Inc., the parent company, since 1990. Under his leadership, Utech Products Inc. has launched numerous new products and software applications for the healthcare industry and has expanded its businesses globally through organic growth. Mr. Madan possesses extensive experience in product development and market introduction.

Dr. Madan is a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist who co-founded EndoSoft® back in 1996. Dr. Madan currently practices in his Rochester office.

Mamta has been with the company since its inception in 1996. Mamta is responsible for the management of finances as well as United Kingdom offices and functions. Mamta received her Master's in epidemiology and a second Master's in Growth & Development from SUNY Albany.

John joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in April 2023 and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, human resources, and treasury. He has over 30 years of finance, administration, and M&A experience across a variety of industries and geographies. Prior to joining the company, he spent over 10 years at GE before serving over 15 years as a stand-alone CFO at mid-cap companies looking to significantly grow their businesses. He has also served on multiple non-profit boards.

Zohair is an exceptionally capable and knowledgeable executive with a deep passion for EndoSoft® products and services. A dedicated EndoSoft® veteran of 25 years, he began his journey with the company in 1999 as a programmer analyst intern after earning his degree from the State University of New York. Demonstrating outstanding talent and commitment, Zohair steadily advanced through the ranks. He now serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Development. Throughout his tenure, he has been a driving force behind the launch of several innovative products, playing a key role in EndoSoft®'s ongoing success and growth.

Bart van der Meer is an accomplished leader in the healthcare technology industry, with over 25 years' experience. He is instrumental in driving EndoSoft's international business development; exemplified by his success in entering EndoSoft® into the market in the Middle East Region. His strategic vision and dedication played a crucial role in the company's rapid growth and global expansion. Under Bart's leadership, EndoSoft® established several key international offices: the international sales office in The Netherlands, a support and sales office in the United Kingdom, and additional offices in Australia, India, China, Germany and United Arab Emirates. These efforts significantly increased the company's global footprint, resulting in over 100 hospitals worldwide adopting EndoSoft® solutions. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales, Bart continues to lead with passion and innovation, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of EndoSoft®'s mission. His commitment to excellence and strategic growth has made him a pivotal figure in the company's success and ongoing expansion in the international healthcare market.

Michael started his career with EndoSoft® in May 2005, having previously worked in the endoscopy department at St. Marks Hospital in London. Michael moved to Australia in 2007 to set up EndoSoft PTY LTD after he and Bart van der Meer established the UK office in Leicester, which opened in the summer of 2005. Michael is responsible for product development for the UK and Australia requirements, such as NED and NBCSP, as well as working closely with the whole development team for product and workflow development.

Leveraging his Master's in information technology, Jayesh joined EndoSoft® in 2006 and spearheaded the growth of the Indian office. His expertise led him to the U.S. headquarters, where he took the reins as IT Manager. Here, he played a pivotal role in driving the development and improvement of EndoSoft®'s products. Today, as Director of Technical Support, Jayesh remains dedicated to EndoSoft®'s success by ensuring the quality and support of their offerings.

After graduating from SUNY Albany in 2015, Jeff began his career at EndoSoft®. Jeff directs day-to-day operations, contract management, and customer billing resources. Jeff also implements his expertise in workflow and communications management across the organization’s various departments.

Laurie began her career with EndoSoft® in the fall of 2019, first in a marketing and sales position and later developing into her role as the Director of Business Development. With a 15-year background in marketing and sales, Laurie is responsible for bringing new products to market and educating customers about existing products. She comes to her role with a passion for building relationships with new customers and nurturing existing ones.
